Will Discuss Steps to Improve Minority Health, Eliminate Health Disparities

On Thursday, September 23rd, U.S. Surgeon General, Dr. Regina Benjamin and HHS Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health, Dr. Garth Graham will host a conference call with reporters to discuss the Affordable Care Act. September 23rd, marks 6 months since the Affordable Care Act became law. Benjamin and Graham will highlight the Affordable Care Act’s benefits for minority populations and steps being taken to eliminate health disparities.
