We are thrilled to celebrate our 50 year anniversary by giving back to the Columbus community

Grove City Family Dentistry, a leader in dentistry procedures in Columbus, is celebrating its 50th anniversary by giving back to the community with the annual fall food and blood drive, Oct. 2, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3031 Columbus St., Grove City.

“We are thrilled to celebrate our 50 year anniversary by giving back to the Columbus community,” Dr. Paula Zimmerman said. “The food and blood drive will be a great, family-friendly opportunity to watch the OSU game and socialize, enjoy refreshments, and play some games. The Bloodmobile will be on site all day, and we encourage everyone to bring nonperishable food items for the drive-thru food drop off!”

In an effort to make the food drive more convenient for the community, the Mid-Ohio Food Bank and Grove City Family Dentistry are providing a drive-thru food drive. So, participants can simply drive up to the truck and drop off nonperishable food items for those in need.

The American Red Cross will partner with Grove City Family Dentistry for the Bloodmobile donations. Grove City Family Dentistry encourages participants to reserve an appointment with the Bloodmobile by calling 614-875-2153 or registering on the Grove City Family Dentistry site.

No one should go hungry. With the onset of the upcoming holidays, we feel compelled and we encourage those around us to give to those in need. We support the Mid-Ohio Food Bank's approach to helping those in need and reached out to them to lend a hand. We are doing our part to bring canned food donations, and we ask that you do the same. Times are tough for a lot of people, and if you find yourself in a position to give back - now's your chance. Bring your canned food to our festival and it will be donated to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
