In February 2010, an announcement was issued stating that Erin Saxton would become the CEO of Newswire, a subsidiary of Extensions, Inc. Based on an amicable and mutual decision by the parties, on August 9, 2010, Ms. Saxton chose to resign as CEO of Newswire and to not pursue a merger with Newswire, instead choosing to continue expanding her own company, The Idea Network, Inc.
