I had no idea how to write a story

Worpple, a new book by Lynn Russell, has been released by RoseDog Books.

Cam may think he has troubles now but he has no idea what awaits him. He is about to go on a journey that will take him to a place beyond his wildest imagination. On his way through the land of Worpple with Breem, Dwinda and his special friend Marvel, Cam finds a magic Madra Stone. He learns to face dangers and adventures and discovers a power inside himself that he never knew he possessed. This power is needed to battle one of his greatest enemies and, with the help of his new friends, save the strange land of Worpple.

Author Lynn Russell developed Worpple at the urging of Amblin Entertainment. Mr. Don Wood, then director of animation, suggested that Lynn write a story to go with the warm and lovable creatures she had created. “I had no idea how to write a story,” she tells us, Thus began almost twenty years to learn the craft of writing. Since then Ms. Russell has written, Time and Again and Again, an adventurous adult fiction, and is working on, Miraculous You, a book on the near death experience and a number of short stories.
