Ranking Places College in Top 15 Percent of Schools Nationwide

G.I. Jobs magazine announced that Mercy College has been named a Military Friendly College for 2011. This designation ranks Mercy College in the top 15 percent of colleges and universities nationwide for military students.

The rankings are the result of an extensive survey that included questions on scholarships and tuition discounts for military students; veteran clubs, networking events and counselors on campus; and the institution’s participation in the Montgomery GI Bill, the Post-9-11 GI Bill, and the Yellow Ribbon programs.

Mercy College offers active military and veterans a number of advantages, such as professional mentors, flexible study options, and an affordable, high-quality private education. In addition to being one of the most cost-efficient private colleges in the nation, Mercy College advisors work closely with military students to ensure that they receive optimal GI Bill educational benefits.
