This, That, and the Other, a new book by James Curwood Murray, has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.
Shakespeare asked the undying question, “To be or not to be?” More often than not, however, life presents us with more than two options. What do you do when you are stuck in a situation where you are left alone, defenseless, and clueless of what will happen next?
In This, That, and the Other, James Curwood Murray imparts certain events of his life that have brought him smiles and sadness and have taught him a valuable lesson or two.
Sometimes life catches us by surprise and spooks the wits out of us, but through it all, what we become is a person rejuvenated in spirit and enriched with knowledge. Learn and grow as Murray talks of innocent childhood, wary adolescence, and fulfilling adulthood.
Author James Curwood Murray is a native of Maryland. He was a student at Hagerstown Junior College, where he took associate arts classes for two years. He later enrolled in Shepherd College, where he received his bachelor’s degree with history as his major and English as his minor. For twenty-eight years, he was employed under the Washington County Board of Education and taught English, United States history, government, driver education, and civics in high school. Married with two sons, he is now a resident of Hagerstown.
