Bill Kasdorf, VP, Content Solutions, to Moderate Publishing Standards Panel at TOC Frankfurt

One of the most important marketplaces for books, media, rights and licenses worldwide, the Frankfurt Book Fair is expected to attract more than 7,300 exhibitors from 100 countries, 299,000 visitors and over 10,000 journalists.

On the eve of the Book Fair, Oct. 5, is the Tools of Change (TOC) Frankfurt conference on publishing technology and innovations. Delving into the biggest issues facing an industry in flux, TOC's program includes Apex's Bill Kasdorf, Vice President of Content Solutions and General Editor of the Columbia Guide to Digital Publishing. Mr. Kasdorf will be moderating the session "Standards in Flux: What's happening and what's on the horizon in the publishing standards landscape," from 11:30 to 12:30. Joining Mr. Kasdorf are panelists George Kerscher, Secretary General of the DAISY Consortium and President of the International Digital Publishing Forum, and Graham Bell, Chief Data Architect, EDitEUR.
