Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and Kaliningrad join 14 other countries in exclusive partnership

Linkage, a global organizational development company specializing in leadership, has extended its global partner network to the Baltic region, incorporating Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and Kaliningrad to form Linkage Baltic. Romanas Gaidukas, Goda Azeneckaite-Petraviciene and Andrius Petravicius will be spearheading the Linkage Baltic division in Lithuania as managing partners.

Gaidukas, Azeneckaite-Petraviciene, and Petravicius have been managing the consulting firm, Grand Partners for over seven years, working with organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Kraft, Toyota and Europa Group hotels, to name a few. "Our company has been steadily growing for the last seven years. Finally, we have arrived at a point where we need a strong global partner to further our expansion. Having surveyed the world’s top 20 leadership and management development companies, we arrived at the conclusion that Linkage is the best fit for us. All three partners hold Bachelor degrees in Business Administration. Gaidukas has a Masters of Business Administration from Regent University. Azeneckaite-Petraviciene received her Master's degree in business administration and human resource management from the Kaunas University of Technology. Petravicius is fluent in Lithuanian, Russian and English.
