Razorfish has hired Andrew Crow, 37, as vice president, Experience Design, for the agency's 500-plus West region. Based in San Francisco, Crow will lead a 15-person design team servicing clients across Razorfish offices in Los Angeles, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle.
Crow's responsibilities will include providing design support for clients such as Intel and Microsoft, growing the West region design team and developing thought leadership. He will apply expertise in areas such as designing for gestural interfaces and mobile devices as well as a passion for developing account teams.

Crow joins Razorfish from Adaptive Path, where he led design teams working with companies such as The Gap, Hewlett-Packard, NASA, Warner Brothers and Zappos.
