Starting this week visitors to MidnightBox.com will now have the option of using Live Help to contact the company’s customer service department. Live Help is an online chat program that allows consumers to “chat” with a company representative through an instant messaging window.

“We are excited to launch this service as it will provide our customers a convenient method of communication to use when they need to contact us,” explains Ashley Cadwallader, the company’s Marketing Director.

MidnightBox.com will be the first daily deal company out of its top competitors to offer consumers an online chat service. “Since we are in the daily deal business and have limited quantities of product available every day, it just makes sense to offer consumers a fast way to get a hold of us so they don’t miss out on purchasing a product that they want,” stated Cadwallader.

The company will still offer its phone and email service for customers to use.
