The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is offering to help all homeowners in 2005-2006 new, or remodeled homes in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the metro areas of Houston, and Austin, Texas, determine if the reason they have been experiencing AC coil failures, or electrical issues might be toxic Chinese drywall. While the group is specifically looking for Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall, out of concern this specific Chinese drywall maker will settle with completely innocent homeowners, the group is offering free advice to any homeowner in the US Southeast, who is concerned about toxic Chinese drywall. The group says, "in the instance of Florida alone-we are pretty certain there are over 100,000 Knauf Tianjin 2005-2006 new, or remodeled homes. To set the record straight the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "there is no such thing as a certified Chinese drywall inspector. Only a US State, or US Federal Agency can give such a designation. The new scam in at least Florida, is to represent yourself as a certified toxic Chinese drywall inspector, and then charge $1000+ for something most homeowners can do themselves." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "the time for the Obama Administration, and the federal government to actually show up to the US homeowners Chinese drywall disaster is long over due. A specific Chinese drywall maker, a really big Florida homebuilding supply company, and major homebuilders colluded to conceal Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall in innocent homeowners Florida homes-where is the DOJ?" The group says further, "why is Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac allowing flippers to buy Chinese drywall home foreclosures, and then resell these homes-with new mortgages. There needs to be an immediate national moratorium on the sale of all US home foreclosure of homes known to have toxic Chinese drywall."
