Nick Schrup, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Trust & Savings Bank, announces the following promotions and appointments:

Nick Schrup, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Trust & Savings Bank, announces the following promotions and appointments:

•Mark A. Stevens has been promoted to Executive Vice President in the Wealth Management Division. Mr. Stevens joined the bank in 2000. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Iowa State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner® Licensee.

•Kurt D. Wedewer has been promoted to Executive Vice President in the Retirement Planning division. Mr. Wedewer joined American Trust in 1997. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. Mr. Wedewer is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist®.

•Chris M. Even has been promoted to Second Senior Vice President in the Wealth Management Division. Ms. Even joined the bank in 1994. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, Lincoln, Nebraska; and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State College, Denver, Colorado. Ms. Even is a Certified Financial Planner® Licensee and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor®.

•Patrice M. Lachecki has been promoted to Second Senior Vice President in the Wealth Management Division. Ms. Lachecki joined the bank in 2002 and is a Certified Securities Operations Professional®. She also was an instructor at the American Institute of Banking in Minneapolis and the Nebraska Bankers Association Trust School in Omaha.

•Michael P. FitzPatrick has been promoted to Vice President – Asbury Office Manager in the Retail Banking Division. Mr. FitzPatrick joined the bank in 2007. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Loras College.

•David J. Recker has been promoted to Vice President – Locust Street Office Manager in the Retail Banking Division. Mr. Recker joined the bank in 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Loras College.

•Kim T. Snook has been promoted to Investment Services Officer in the American Trust Brokerage Services Division. Ms. Snook joined American Trust in June of 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Ames. Ms. Snook is a Certified Financial Planner® Licensee, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter®, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®.

•Tonya A. Trumm has been appointed to Second Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer in the Commercial Banking Division. Ms. Trumm most recently was an attorney in the Business Practice Group at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in Milwaukee. She earned a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Iowa College of Law, and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University.

•Carla R. M. Olson has been appointed Second Vice President and Trust Officer in the Wealth Management Division. Ms. Olson most recently was an attorney at Hedeen, Hughes, and Wetering in Worthington, Minnesota, where she was responsible for estate planning, probate, and real estate cases. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Drake University Law School in Des Moines and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College in Decorah.
