Real Print provides a portfolio of exciting direct mail services to meet the varied needs of small and large businesses. realLeafletTM enables a leaflet to be printed in full colour on an individual basis and mailed directly to the customer, realDMTM provides a browser based system for ordering an entire direct mail campaign andrealWebTM allows customers to request printed brochures directly from the company’s website. The service operates around the careful automation of the entire direct mail process, allowing clients to upload leaflet artwork to the Real Print website, submit letterhead artwork and letter copy and leave Real Print to provide the printing and sent the mailings to the customer.

The business is the brainchild of David Hyams, whose extensive knowledge of direct mail and print has enabled him to streamline the process for the benefit of large companies and SMEs.

Clients use PDF artwork to provide Real Print with a reliable and complete artwork file for the leaflet, using templates held on the Real Print website. Leaflets may be produced with two or four pages in either A4 or A5 size and are printed in four colour digital print. The client also uploads a letterhead template to the system, together with copy for the letter. Finally, the leaflet and accompanying letter are posted to the recipient using a windowed envelope within 24 hours of receipt of artwork.

The Real Print site can store various versions of customer leaflets and letters, helping busy clients manage future mailings more efficiently. Other print formats and specifications are available from the Real Print team who also provide artworking at an additional charge.
