SocialMadeSimple, the first and only end-to-end social network marketing content solution for real estate and mortgage industry professionals, announced today that the company has entered into an agreement with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Arizona and Southern California to provide their solution to over 6,500 agents within the organization. SocialMadeSimple will provide the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents with a single point-of-entry to access, view, and broadcast industry-related content to all of their social networks and blogs.

“The endorsement of this major brokerage is notable for us and it further validates our concept,” said Geoff Cramer, CEO and co-founder of SocialMadeSimple. “The value of social media and blogging as marketing tools for real estate professionals has been proven. Agents are no longer dabbling in social networking; it is one of their top tech tools and they are looking for ways that assist them in maximizing the channel. Our partnership with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arizona and Southern California gives these agents an advantage and assists them in launching and maintaining their social network marketing.”

“As an innovative brokerage, we are always looking for ways to provide added value and benefit to our agents,” said Nancy Kohutek, Regional Director, Education and Training, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “SocialMadeSimple’s single point-of-entry system guides agents in getting started and makes recommendations for success. It also offers fresh, hand-selected, relevant content, making the entire process easy for our agents, whether they are new to social media or a seasoned professional.”

Social media is a perfect marketing platform for real estate agents, but in general, it is difficult for these professionals to maximize the value of the channel. The barriers can include not understanding the technology, not knowing enough about what to do, a lack of centralized content, and the perception that it will take enormous amounts of time to do it, or to do it well.

SocialMadeSimple solves this problem by providing an easy-to-use platform that aggregates all accounts, and offers additional guidance and industry-specific content to make the process as simple as possible.

Coldwell Banker launched the program to their agents in Southern California and Arizona on September 30, 2010.
