Profound insights await readers in William M. James’ new book.

All families of the earth.

In today’s times, one has to wade through many types of jargon chattered about the Christ and His way, which people call the Christian Way. Many movements such as “Conservatives,” the “Liberals,” the “Born Again Christians” to name a few, claim to have “found” the Christian “way.” However, which one is the sure way? Author and Reverend William M. James will enlighten readers with new revelations about the Christ Way and God’s Chosen People: The People of The Covenant.

Many believe that the Israelites are God’s chosen people—a nation that God promised Abraham would become great. But Reverend William M. James declares this isn’t so. The covenant may have been given first to Abraham but it was for the salvation of “All families of the earth.” In his revealing new book, James’ attempts to break down the barriers of religion and race, affirming that in Christ, there is no East or West; there are no color barriers; there are no special redeemed, but all are part of the family of God.

God’s Chosen People: The People of The Covenant takes readers through history as the author traces the connections between religious faiths in the past and contrasts these faiths with the present beliefs. It portrays how events in their time can parallel events in modern times with the derivation being the same, God’s promise to Abraham. From this, one can understand how the new covenant is Jesus Christ—the promise for Christians.

Thought provoking and eye opening, James’ take on the covenant being universal to humankind rather than particular or “unique” to a specific group is a refreshing read that will invigorate Christian faith. It forces people to confront themselves and their beliefs to determine if they are working toward “oneness” toward each other and coming closer to fulfilling God’s purpose of creating a heaven on earth. This book will be featured at this year’s New York Library Association Book Exhibit in Saratoga Springs, NY on November 2-5, 2010. For more information, log on to log on to
