“NBS continues to rationalize our product lines to ensure that we consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of our customers. We believe our transition to a Javelin printer line that has only two base models but a wide selection of features and options, gives our users the flexibility and functionality to meet any desktop card printing requirements. Simplification of our offering has also enabled us to provide this new line of printers to the marketplace at a price point that is highly competitive”. says General Manager, Philip Barton.
NBS is launching this new product line into the North American market in October 2010 but is already enjoying this Javelin card printer line’s success throughout European/Asian and Pacific Rim markets. NBS believes that this new line of printers will offer a competitive solution for applications such as casino/gaming & leisure, access control applications, membership and loyalty card, etc. The Javelin J230i also offers a unique solution for kiosk/self-service style of applications.
“Our Javelin card printers have been a staple of the NBS European business for over 13 years and we now feel that with this newly streamlined product offering, we can provide our North American clientele with the product and price mix that is attractive from a functionality and budgetary standpoint. We have enjoyed great success with the rollout of this new line within European and Asian markets, so it’s very easy to assure our customers that these new Javelin card printers are already field-proven.” comments Philip Barton.
