Jayman's Customers to Receive On-line Home Specific Owner Manuals

Wireless, social media, and real-time information are all trends that have extended into the home building community in order to serve the evolving needs of new home buyers. Industry leader Jayman MasterBUILT®, responding to these trends, is launching a web-based home information and maintenance system to augment their customer service program. Working with Vancouver based CONASYS and using their the Home Information Packages system, Jayman will now be able to provide comprehensive post-purchase particulars online to better assist their customers in operating and maintaining their new home.

Conasys processes and collates all maintenance, operating manuals and warranty documentation for every product used in the construction of a home and creates a contact directory of all manufacturers, suppliers, and installers. A home specific on-line library is then produced allowing the homeowner instant web access to all this information and is accessed using a unique Home ID and password that is affixed to the homes electrical panel or furnace. Specific to the home the system is transferable from owner to owner.
