We are excited to work with our customers under our new name, but above all else, we look forward to continued progress in realizing our vision of ending death on the job in this century.
Pittsburgh, PA (Vocus) October 4, 2010
DBO2 (Design Build Own Operate Inc.), an Industrial Scientific company, announced today that it has changed its name to Predictive Solutions Corporation. This new name reflects the value the company provides its customers today and throughout its 10 years in the safety industry.
“We save lives by predicting workplace injuries,” said Griffin Schultz, Predictive Solutions’ General Manager. “The name Predictive Solutions better describes the difference we make for our customers – we predict injuries so they can prevent them. It also better describes what we believe – that injuries and death on the job, whether the result of human behavior or environmental conditions, can be predicted and prevented. We feel so strongly about the benefits of predictive solutions that we made it our name.”
SafetyNet™, Predictive Solutions’ hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology, is the leading solution for saving lives by predicting workplace injuries. Customers can measure the effectiveness of their safety program, determine leading indicators of risk and identify where their next injury is likely to occur. These predictions are used to make operating changes that strengthen customers’ safety cultures and keep their people safe.
Since the company’s founding in 2001, Predictive Solutions has expanded its customer base to include leading organizations in construction, utilities, engine & machinery manufacturing, aerospace & defense, energy, oil & gas, higher education, general manufacturing and food production.
“Given our rapid growth across new industries, Predictive Solutions is a broader and more appropriate name,” added Schultz. “We are excited to work with our customers under our new name, but above all else, we look forward to continued progress in realizing our vision of ending death on the job in this century.”
