SWAG Northwest, which has operated at 15088 Bangy Road in Lake Oswego since 2003, today announced that the company has officially changed its name and will now continue to serve its customers as an independent business providing custom imprinted apparel, signs and premium promotional items. Under the new SWAG Northwest brand, owners Robin and Todd Muhlheim plan to grow the business to additional locations and offer an expanded range of name brand promotional items and imprinting services tailored to meet the needs of companies, schools, teams, clubs and other organizations in the Portland area and throughout the Northwest. SWAG Northwest will continue to provide the same one-stop shopping experience with the 100% quality guarantee, personalized customer service, quick turnaround and competitive pricing their customers have come to expect over the past eight years.

“We are very excited to re-launch our business under our new name, SWAG Northwest,” said Todd Muhlheim, co-owner of SWAG Northwest. “Since 2003 our unwavering focus has been to offer high quality, custom imprinted items with the personal touch only a local business can provide. Whether you define swag as branded corporate merchandise or an individual's cool sense of style, we chose this name because we help our customers realize both. The name change reflects our improved business model to do even more to meet the unique needs of our local customers, while enabling us to expand the products and services we offer,” he added.

SWAG Northwest provides an array of design and imprinting services, including embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers, banners and signs, tradeshow display solutions and promotional products. At the SWAG Northwest Westside showroom and production facility in Lake Oswego, just off the I-5 and 217 interchange (and a new Eastside location opening soon), many name brand items – from T-shirts and hats to briefcases, backpacks and other gear – are available for customers to see and examine, so they know exactly what they’re ordering. The expert consultants at SWAG Northwest provide personalized service, assisting customers in selecting the right products, colors and design variations that will look best on the items they’ve chosen. Whether the customer brings in his or her own artwork or works with one of Swag Northwest’s in-house designers, the focus is on complete customer satisfaction – ensuring that the end product looks great and is delivered on-time and on-budget.

“When you order imprinted products from some distant 800 number or website, you don’t always know what you’re going to get or if they’ll stand behind their work,” said David Skaw, owner of Thunder Elite. “We’ve come to Robin and Todd with all of our custom imprinting needs for the past 6 years because they and their staff have always helped us find just the right options for our budget. They deliver on time, on budget and they’ll do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, which makes a huge difference,” he added.
