Kepner-Tregoe (KT), an international consulting and training services firm, is expanding its opportunities for corporations to access its unique business management and training tools through the appointment of David Drew to Director, Global Alliances, Partnerships, and Commercialization; and David Kossoff to Global Marketing Director.

Drew, previously KT's Global Marketing Director, will be driving the development of new markets for KT's problem-solving business tools. His new role was created in response to KT's increasing emphasis on building its global network of licensees to consist of lasting strategic partnerships.

Drew is responsible for the assessment and development of potential new geographies for KT's unique business improvement tools and licensee representatives. He will build KT's network of licensees while exploring and developing the company's growing network of resellers in order to broaden and deepen KT's market presence.

Transitioning from the role of Direct Marketing Manager to Global Marketing Director, Kossoff is assuming the wide-ranging task of developing and delivering KT's effective marketing programs consistent with the company's strategic areas of focus. He is also driving efforts to communicate the value that KT training and consulting brings to organizations around the world.

Drew has more than 10 years of experience delivering a full range of business to business marketing activities internationally. He began his career at KT as Marketing Manager Europe and became a certified Program Leader in 2008 to teach KT's core technology Problem Solving and Decision Making (PSDM). Before joining KT, Drew held the positions of Marketing Manager EMEA & Latin America for Pivotal Corporation, and Marketing Manager Northern Europe for Cognex Corporation, following completion of the graduate management training program at Cable & Wireless Global. He has lived and worked in the UK, the USA, France and Spain.

Kossoff began his career at KT as Direct Marketing Manager. A strong advocate of social networks, Kossoff was a major contributor in creating KT's social network platform "the KT Circle" and has expanded KT's reach to all major social network hubs. He is also a Program Leader certified to teach KT's PSDM. 10 years ago Kossoff started his career in marketing at American List Counsel where he served as List Broker for numerous publications, including Inc Magazine, Fast Company, and Prentice Hall. He is a recipient of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) 2001 Ron Davis Young List Professional Award for outstanding contributions to the list and database industry.
