ERA to Present Complimentary Online Video Webinar Series

Webinar series to focus on current and future best practices in online video marketing.

The Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) is presenting a complimentary three-part webinar series titled “Online Video: The New Frontier of Direct Response Marketing.” With more and more consumers viewing online video in a variety of different formats, ERA is looking to help those in the direct response industry meet the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities presented by this fast-growing platform.

The three-part webinar series will take place in October, November and December. All webinars will start at 2:00 p.m. (EST). The schedule is as follows:

  •     On October 14, Mitch Praver and Yaniv Axen of SundaySky will outline how the world’s leading e-retailers are leveraging video to drive conversion rates. Praver and Axen are both global authorities on the topic and have helped some of the industry’s most successful online retailers take advantage of this powerful platform.
  •     On November 18, Caleb Hill and Bryon Hjelm of Unicast will focus on online video advertising. Whether you’re looking to use online video in display ads or to utilize innovative ad formats within the most popular videos, Hill and Hjelm know the best practices, having worked with the likes of ABC, CBS, NBC, BBC Worldwide and Warner Bros.
  •     The series concludes on December 9 when you’ll learn from the company that started it all: YouTube. Lane Shakleton and John Akre will survey the online video landscape to reveal what brands are succeeding—and why. Shakleton and Akre will also discuss the future of online video and offer tips for staying ahead of the game.
