MarketView Desktop 5.3 provides organizations with the tools they need to quickly analyze the market and make informed decisions. Some of the major enhancements in MarketView Desktop 5.3 include enhanced charting features such as: the ability to display multiple instrument data in separate panes within the same window, draw perfect trendlines, cleanly snap to Highs and Lows, extend left/right, modify key levels and other data points, double-click on any drawing tool object to modify underlying properties, and access drawing tools with a simple right mouse click. Version 5.3 also includes an updated spreads tool with a new crack display, PDF support for news stories, and a new Black Model addition to the Options Analytics display.
GlobalView has also added Dow Jones Elementized Energy Data which allows customers to split out data from the news and load the symbols into MarketView. The new feed contains data from Dow Jones Bunkers, European Crude, US Crude, US Electricity, and US Products with historical data being added shortly.
