Rachel’s Kitchen Announces Expansion Plans with Signing of Agreement to Sell Franchises

Las Vegas-based, fast-casual restaurant chain continues expansion with signing of agreement to market and sell franchises across the Southwest United States

Rachel’s Kitchen, a multi-unit, upscale, fast-casual restaurant chain based in Las Vegas, announced today the signing of an agreement with Tampa-based franchise sales company, The Franchise Sales Solution, to run its sales division and aggressively market the Rachel’s Kitchen franchise opportunity.

First opened in 2006, Rachel’s Kitchen was inspired by founder Debbie Sofer Roxarzade’s industry background, as well as creative, collaborative efforts with her husband, Jon. Named for their daughter, Rachel, Rachel’s Kitchen is a unique bistro café that has truly become their pride and joy.
