TPSecure is Named One of the Most Innovative Ideas in AntiMalware/AntiSpam in Past 10 Years

“We are honored to be recognized for our innovation in approaching the security of ATMs and other unattended devices. It further underscores the need for security solutions that go beyond traditional approaches." - Michael Kalinichenko, SafenSoft CEO

SafenSoft, a leading developer of security solutions for ATMs and other unattended devices, is pleased to announce that TPSecure, its ATM security solution, was named one of the most innovative ideas in antimalware and antispam in the past ten years by delegates at the prestigious VB 2010 Conference. Held annually, the VB conference is organized by specialist publication and testing organization Virus Bulletin and attracts delegates from around the world focused on security issues in both the vendor and corporate communities.

SafenSoft CEO Michael Kalinichenko was also selected to speak at this year’s conference. He presented a paper on September 30th entitled Intrusions and Inside Jobs: Lessons from the Banking Industry, which discussed what the company has learned from a year of working with Sberbank, Russia’s largest retail bank, and how that knowledge can be applied to improve network security across the board. A copy of the presentation is available on request.

SafenSoft’s solutions for ATMs, corporate networks, and home computers are all built around the company’s patent-pending VIPO (Valid Inside Permitted Operations) technology, which effectively prevents any unknown or ill-intentioned application from executing, preserving system integrity throughout the device lifecycle.
