(EBI) Chief Knowledge Officer, Robert Capwell, will present a session at the MN SHRM 2010 State Conference in Duluth, Minnesota on Tuesday, October 12 at 2:45pm entitled - Critical Background Screening Resources-Best Practices and Compliance Mandates for HR Professionals in Minnesota.

Discussion topics within Capwell's presentation will include searching criminal records and sex offender databases in the state, use of E-Verify as a Minnesota employer, Social Media for screening, and FCRA guidelines for compliance.
