Solais Lighting Brings Two Industry Leaders Aboard to Drive Sales Efforts

Solais Lighting, Inc., the leading manufacturer of lightweight, specification grade LED lamps with Luxiance® technology announced today that Glenn Bordfeld and Rich Stam have joined the company as vice president of sales and national director of sales, respectively.

“Glenn and Rich bring impressive track records and a deep understanding of the lighting industry to our company,” said James Leahy, president of Solais. “Their combined knowledge base and leadership will successfully drive the sales process at Solais.”

Glenn Bordfeld brings more than three decades of senior level expertise in various sales, marketing and management roles. With Juno Lighting Group, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2001 to 2007, and as president and chief operating officer for Juno Lighting, Inc., from 1998 to 2001. His leadership during this time led to Juno’s ranking as fourth largest lighting fixture manufacturer in the Americas. He also served as a member of Juno’s board of directors for 11 years.

Rich Stam brings 30 years of sales experience to Solais, most recently at Alico Industries as vice president of U.S. sales. Prior to that, he worked alongside Bordfeld at Juno Lighting Group for 20 of his 30 years. Rich was both vice president of sales and national sales manager for Juno Lighting Group.

“The breakthrough technology is remarkable. I’m very excited to help Solais bring these products to market,” said Stam.

Bordfeld and Stam will continue to build a national network of representatives for Solais. Additionally, they will develop national account sales and create impactful, market driven sales programs for Solais lighting partners.
