Gina Hall, principal of Rio Calaveras Elementary School, and the faculty of Rio Calaveras Elementary will receive the award at a reception held at the school Oct. 19. Tiffany Alewel, regional sales director for Study Island and Lesley Rials, California account executive for Study Island, will present the award.
The Study Island School of Excellence award recognizes schools that have improved their state Academic Performance Index (API) while using Study Island programs. These schools use a comprehensive strategy to lead them above and beyond their achievement goals and individual student success.
