When launching in Seattle, Parties That Cook Founder and Executive Chef Bibby Gignilliat recognized Seattle’s strong business market and resilience in the wake of the economic downturn.

To get a taste of the action, Oct. 16, 7-9 p.m. Parties That Cook’s Sizzle and Swirl Cooking Class at Efeste Winery is open to the public (ages 21 and over). Tickets are $95 per person and include wine tasting, cooking instruction by professional chefs, tapas using the finest, freshest ingredients, copies of the recipes, and the camaraderie of cooking with new friends.
