TDi Technologies, the leader in IT Foundation Management, today announced the closing of a multi-million dollar deal to a large Telecom provider. The deal was for the ConsoleWorks ITFM Solution with deployment in multiple locations all of which are mission-critical IT production environments.
The ConsoleWorks ITFM Solution was first tested in one location as a proof of concept to establish a baseline for efficiency gains and cost benefits. The proof of concept resulted in significant measured efficiency improvement and cost reduction, exceeding expectations and providing a solid business case for deploying the solution across multiple production environments. The proof of concept also validated a break-even return on investment of just six months.
