New website has been designed to simplify the search for Twitter related Jewelry Industry news, events, people, companies, products and more!

”The biggest question we keep getting is ‘How can we get added to your database?’”

GJB Partners, LLC, the Jewelry Industry Leader in Rich Media and Social Capital Strategies, announced today to the public that it has created JewelryIndustryTweets.com.

Designed to simplify the search for Twitter related Jewelry Industry news, events, people, companies, products, information and more, JewelryIndustryTweets.com will function as a Twitter-driven/Social Network resource for Jewelry Industry information.

Ann Glynn, Managing Partner of GJB Partners, LLC said, “We quietly launched the JewelryIndustryTweets.com website last month within the Jewelry Industry and the response was overwhelming. Now we’re ready to open it up to the public and take it to the next level. I can’t wait to see where it goes from here!”

Mark Fleischner, whose family has owned and operated Lauray’s the Diamond Center, a third generation jewelry store located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs, National Park, Arkansas, was one of the first jewelers to take advantage of the JewelryIndustryTweets.com website.

Fleischner, a member of the Continental Buying Group International (CBGI) and Preferred Jewelers International, expressed his appreciation of CBGI’s Andie and Joe Murphy by saying “I’m grateful to Andie and Joe for searching out and bringing cutting-edge companies like GJB Partners, LLC to our CBGI members. After researching information on these types of applications, I believe adopting a Social Media strategy early on will have a solid, measurable, long term benefit for Lauray’s bottom line.”

Aside from the social media benefits, Fleischner also has the ability to sell aged inventory from the site, giving him the opportunity to maximize his return on investment by offering consumers great deals on merchandise he would otherwise sell for scrap gold. “I think this is a win-win for Lauray’s and the consumer. We have another outlet to move our merchandise and the consumer gets a way below wholesale cost great deal on some really beautiful jewelry.”

Glynn adds, “JewelryIndustryTweets.com has been designed to be fully-searchable. We want to give our end-users a more complete Twitter-experience. For example, because Twitter limits user names to 20 characters, a lot of our retail customers do not have the same Twitter user name as their store name, therefore, their customers might not be able to find them on Twitter. Our Tweeter directory is searchable by any one of 5 elements: the store name, city, state, zip code, business type or Twitter user name, which means you can more easily find who you are looking for and link directly back to them on Twitter.”

JewelryIndustryTweets.com also combines a complete social networking experience for users visiting Glitterati member pages such as Lauray’s the Diamond Center, with the addition of a turnsocial Toolbar on the bottom of each page, containing Facebook, Walkscore, Outside.in, Yelp Search, Foursquare and Yelp Review Applications.

"The biggest question we keep getting is ‘How can we get added to your database?” Glynn said, “I tell them, relax. If you’re already on Twitter, chances are, we’re getting to you right now. The database listing is free and we’re working on adding every jewelry-related business on there right now. If you aren’t in our database yet, there is a contact form on our website. Click on the form, fill it out, and we’ll get you added right away! Beyond the free listing there are a multitude of other paid listing options you’re welcome to take advantage of on the site. Just send us an email to Ann(at)GJBPartners(dot)com and we’ll contact you to discuss all of your listing options.”
