Farmington Hills, MI (Vocus) October 13, 2010
There's a mud hold starting' to form on the 5-Hour Energy Web site. This high-energy chase is sparked by two new racing-themed contests aimed at NASCAR enthusiasts and 5-Hour Energy Shot fans alike.
Sweep The Weekly Race Results Contest by tailing NASCAR's Steve Wallace, the wheel man for the #66 race car sponsored by 5-Hour Energy. All entrants who correctly select the position in which Wallace crossed the finish line for each race in the 2010 Nationwide Series will be eligible for the winners' circle.
The grand prize winner for the Weekly Race Results contest will jet-off to Miami, where the final race of the NASCAR Nationwide Series will be held this November. The contest winner will score airfare, hotel accommodations and pocket $250 in cash. All entries must be submitted by Saturday, Oct. 30, so participants are asked to set down their Hot Wheels replicas and get online.
5-Hour Energy is also sponsoring the Racing Scavenger Hunt Contest. Participants must squirrel their way through the 5-Hour Energy Web site and pinpoint all 15 Energy Racing Tokens. If fans have questions or need a hint to find a specific token, they can hit up the energy guy on Twitter: @5hourenergyguy.
First prize for the Scavenger Hunt Contest is a one-year supply of 5-Hour Energy. Second and third place winners will receive a one month and a 12-day supply, respectively, of 5-Hour Energy. A single day supply is quantified as one bottle. All winners will be awarded a coveted 5-Hour Energy shirt and hat set.
