The publisher of Case In Point, Case In Point Weekly and the Case Management Resource Guide is accepting entries for the second annual Case In Point Platinum Awards competition recognizing case management excellence across the health care spectrum. A range of 26 categories – from best emergency department program to best independent case management program to best overall case management program to dozens of others in between, provides recognition to the exceptional work and esteemed value delivered across the folds of senior services. This first annual awards competition will set the standard for programs that deliver sustained success across a variety of disciplines and settings in the overarching continuum of care coordination.

The winners of the Case In Point Platinum Awards will be honored on April 19, 2011, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. A special issue of Case In Point, published in April/May, will feature the winning entrants.
