Pay what the Pros Pay, the nation’s leading seller of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly home heating, cooling and plumbing products, has announced that their new Waitsfield, VT Showroom/Corporate Office Center will open to the public on Saturday October 23rd. To celebrate the Grand Opening, Houseneeds will be throwing a “Pay what the Pros Pay” Sale Event from 10 am to 4 pm at the new 4805 Main Street Location.

“We wanted to give our customers an opportunity to really save big, said Gary Johannesen, CTO and Director of Sales for Houseneeds. “Our new location provides us with incredible exposure and allows us to showcase our products in ways that we have not been able to in past. This is a great opportunity for us, but also for all the homeowners in Central Vermont to make their homes smarter, warmer and better.”

Houseneeds sells many products that qualify for the Federal Energy Efficient Tax Credits that expire at the end of the year. For homeowners who have been thinking about taking advantage of the 30% credit, now maybe the best and last time to do so. Not only will Houseneeds customers pay what the pros pay, they can also get up to $1500.00 back in Tax Credit. Some of the qualifying products that Houseneeds sells include: Thankless Water Heaters, Condensing Boilers, Wood Stoves, Pellet Stoves and Solar Hot Water Systems.

The new Houseneeds building contains 3200 square foot of Showroom and offices. They have also expanded their warehouse space to over 11,000 square feet.

Besides all the great deals, there will also be an opportunity to meet Vermont Radio Legend Jack Donovan, who will be broadcasting live at the event on Radio Vermont, WDEV from 10 am to 1 pm. There will also be several drawings for door prizes held throughout the day.
