Following an exciting few weeks at Homeland HealthCare (http://www.homelandhealthcare.com), one of the top insurance sales professionals in the United States joined the Executive Team. David Cheek, a 15-year veteran of the insurance industry, joins Homeland HealthCare on the heels of their acceptance into Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America.
Cheek was named Vice President of Group Sales. He will oversee a team of sales professionals that specifically cater to employers, associations, and insurance brokers. “I am lucky to lead such an incredible team of hard workers and top producers,” said Cheek.
Educated at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas, Cheek has a diverse background that has given him a wealth of expertise and experience. As a business owner, Cheek built his own printing brokerage company, prior to entering the insurance industry.
His professional accomplishments include significant growth and development with several companies, including being named Regional Sales Manager of the Year at UniCare, the organization’s most prestigious award.
Also an accomplished motivational speaker and writer, David Cheek travels the country motivating groups and corporations with his “Passion With Attitude” program. He resides in the Dallas area with his wife and three children.
He is currently the President of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters, a 400-member organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
