Innovative Dishes Enhance ‘Southwestern Comfort Cuisine’ Appeal for Dinner, Happy Hour and Brunch

The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain today announced that Cayton’s at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain is introducing innovative signature dishes to showcase its new dinner concept. Guests of the resort and the public may also enjoy Happy Hour specials throughout the week, as well as brunch on Saturday or Sunday.

Named for the original homesteader, legendary cattleman and poet, Eugene “Cush” Cayton, Cayton’s serves ‘Southwest Comfort Cuisine’. The new dinner menu features several tempting choices and an assortment of ten side dishes.

New menu highlights include:
•Lobster Corndog with Fried Pickles
•Bone-In Ribeye for Two with Chipotle Butter
•Baby Back Ribs with Tobacco Onions
•Bison Burger with Applewood Smoked Bacon
•Wagyu Beef Hotdog with Red Onion Relish
•Caramel Apple Cobbler

“The focus is to keep the menu fresh and appealing to guests and locals alike,” said Allan Federer, general manager. “Understanding the local flavors and people with even the most discerning palates has made the original concept of Cayton’s a success at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Dove Mountain.”

After a round of golf, take advantage of Happy Hour. Specials offered during the week include ice-cold draft beers, house wines and select happy hour menu items.

Then for a weekend treat with family and friends experience a delightful à la carte brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday. The menu is made up of traditional dishes and soon to be new favorites that include:
•Wildberry Cream Cheese Fritters
•Crab Cake Scramble
•Salmon Florentine with Hollandaise
•New York Steak and Eggs
•Pecan Crusted French Toast

•Lunch – Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
•Dinner Service – Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm
•Happy Hour - Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
•Brunch – Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
