The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center suggests, "when it comes to the US toxic Chinese drywall disaster, and empty suits, President Obama is not alone-Florida Governor Charlie Crist has miserably failed the people of his state, including the tens of thousands of children living in these toxic Chinese drywall homes." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "things need to change immediately on the way the Federal, State Governments, and Wall Street are dealing with toxic Chinese drywall homes in the US, as follows:

  • The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "there needs to be an immediate moratorium on the resale of all US Gulf States foreclosures, that involve a property with toxic Chinese drywall. Further, no bank, or federal entity should provide new financing on a home known to contain, or contained toxic Chinese drywall." They say, "in Florida sleazy real estate flippers have gotten into the toxic Chinese drywall foreclosure business in a major way, and this needs to stop. Most new borrowers know little about toxic Chinese drywall, and we fear once they find out---the house will simply become a foreclosure again."
  • The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "homebuilders, and building supply houses in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas are lying through their teeth, when it comes to when they learned about toxic Chinese drywall." The group says, "we are demanding President Obama task the United States Department of Justice with a major national criminal investigation of homebuilders knowingly installing toxic Chinese drywall in US homes."
  • The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "the Obama Administration, and the US Consumer Products Safety Commission need to provide health information for families living in a toxic Chinese drywall home, we need to be able to identify all Chinese drywall makers, and we need immediate information on blank drywall." The group is saying, "we are finding blank drywall all over the US Southeast. There is no fire rating code on it, no manufacturer's information-nothing. Did this garbage come from China too?"
  • The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "an IRS tax deduction on a home known to have toxic Chinese drywall is a slap in the face to the 100,000's of US citizens, who have been wiped out by the toxic Chinese disaster. These poor people need mortgage relief-not a tax deduction."

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "if the nation is looking for an October surprise we believe the failure of the Obama Administration, and the Nancy Pelosi Congress to deal with the US toxic Chinese drywall disaster is it. Why won't the national press cover this story? The nation will be horrified." The group says, "today the world celebrates Chile, its very brave miners, and it's national leaders who never gave up. God Bless them all. President Obama has yet to mention toxic Chinese drywall one time in public. Who helps these innocent US victims stuck in toxic Chinese drywall hell?" http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
