I am confident the President's measured risks will pay off.

Odilo Vazquez, PhD, president of F3 Engineering, a Paterson-based aerospace engineering manufacturer, recently participated on a CNBC reaction panel following President Obama's September 20 "Investing in America" Town Hall.
Dr. Vazquez, who was selected to represent the small business community, joined five other panelists in CNBC's Englewood Cliffs studio to view the President's address live. Following the broadcast, the group shared their views with moderator Tyler Mathisen in a segment that was aired later that evening on CNBC.
"I am confident that the President's measured risks will pay off," Dr. Vazquez said, noting in particular the research and development tax credit and depreciation incentives President Obama referred to. As a major exporter of products, Dr. Vazquez applauded the small business incentives that may help his company curb some of its 20-30 percent annual cost increases.
Last month, F3 announced its intent to add 100 additional jobs over the next five years. The first two of those employees are currently settling in to their new positions, which will include engineering, manufacturing and financial/administrative positions. The jobs were spurred from the recent receipt of contracts that include the addition of depot services, which involves inspecting and repairing support equipment that was damaged in use in the military theater. F3 is capable of making the needed repairs and returning the equipment for ongoing use.
