Customer community platform Get Satisfaction adds integration with analytics provider GoodData to help measure the next generation of social metrics.

Get Satisfaction, the customer community-building platform has launched Community Health Analytics, an integration with GoodData an on-demand reporting and analytics provider, to deliver powerful dashboards and advanced analytics to Get Satisfaction customers.

The new product, Community Health Analytics, provides pre-built dashboards that track all key metrics with a single view of engagement, traffic, responsiveness and self- direction.

Community Health Analytics includes a live dashboard with more than 30 pre-built reports, automatically measured and explained in plain English. Community Managers can easily drill down into the data behind the metrics, and customize their views to meet their community’s unique reporting requirements. Deep integration with Google Analytics blends community traffic with user activity, providing insight into traffic-to-participation conversion. Dashboards can be embedded into any intranet or portal, and shared via email or PDF with colleagues and management at all levels of an organization.
