ShapeGrabber and CAM Logic today announced an agreement under which CAM Logic will serve as a sales distribution channel in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania for ShapeGrabber’s automated 3D laser scanner inspection systems. CAM Logic is a value-added-reseller for a variety of leading edge 3D product development & manufacturing technologies and provides manufacturers with complete software, hardware, and implementation solutions to increase productivity and remain competitive.

The agreement broadens CAM Logic’s 3D scanning hardware portfolio with ShapeGrabber’s industry leading automated 3D laser inspection and measurement systems, which are ideal for measuring complex-shaped industrial parts that are otherwise too time consuming, costly or simply impossible to measure.

When combined with CAM Logic’s Metrology, CAD, and CAM software solutions, ShapeGrabber 3D laser scanners enable customers to rapidly scan actual parts and compare them to CAD data for rapid inspection and Go/No Go decisions.
