Patron Technology, a company specializing in technology solutions for arts and cultural organizations, today announced that the company has signed 100 PatronManager CRM clients since launching the software this summer. Patron Technology has signed agreements with organizations across the U.S., including the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Society, the Maryland Symphony, the Helen Hayes Awards (DC), Labyrinth Theater Company (NY), East West Players (LA), and The New Group (NY).

Built in partnership with salesforce.com, PatronManager CRM was designed to solve the key problem facing many arts & cultural organizations - important information needed to run the business is stored in multiple files and formats scattered across many computers. PatronManager CRM integrates and manages all of an arts organization's key operations: tickets and subscriptions, donations, correspondence, e-mail marketing, calendars, and daily tasks. Patron Technology also tightly integrated into PatronManager CRM its PatronMail e-mail marketing system, used by more than 1,800 cultural organizations to communicate regularly with their patrons and members.

"As we implement PatronManager into our organization's daily duties, I can see the momentum of our small and overworked staff moving towards increased efficiency,” said Katrina Lehr-McKinney, Executive Coordinator at the Sioux Falls Jazz & Blues Society. “The key is that it truly is intuitive, with the hidden jewel being the top-notch customer service that the Patron Technology staff provides. The best part of this entire system is that we can now phase out of the multiple Excel and/or Access spreadsheets that we used to struggle with into this one powerful and low-cost tool."

"We're very pleased with the response to PatronManager CRM. We spent over two years developing the product prior to launching it this summer," said Eugene Carr, CEO, Patron Technology. "Throughout the development of PatronManager CRM, what energized us was the idea of building a tool that small to medium-sized arts organizations could afford, using the same cloud-computing technology that many Fortune 500 companies now use. We think the speed at which we've signed our first 100 clients shows that PatronManager CRM fills a significant unmet need in the industry.”
