Fort Worth, TX (PRWEB) October 18, 2010
Bluff Manufacturing, Inc., a national provider of dock, material handling and warehouse safety equipment, was one of more than 40 exhibitors at the 9th Annual Warehousing Resource Convention hosted by the North Texas Warehousing Education and Resource Council (WERC) September 23 at Grapevine Convention Center. The annual event is one of the year's best opportunities for warehousing professionals in North Texas to meet with industry leaders, attend educational seminars, learn about new products, and network with manufacturers and distributors.
Andrea Curreri, Bluff Manufacturing's director of sales and marketing, and Sid Blache, business development specialist, attended the convention to talk to attendees about the company's dock, warehouse and loading ramp equipment - which includes yard ramps, dock boards, dock levelers, mezzanines structures, conveyor support, landings, stairways and caged ladders, and Crash Guard industrial safety products - as well as emphasize the company's commitment to provide innovative products for improving warehouse operations and employee safety.
"We've been in this business a long time and WERC is certainly an organization with which we went to be involved and support. Our products are ideally suited for its membership," states Curreri, noting attendees included national companies based in North Texas such as Game Stop, Ben E. Keith and The Container Store. "This conference was a good opportunity to establish new relationships, as well as support some of our distributors."
WERC is the only association dedicated to distribution and logistics professionals. Its mission is to provide leadership in the warehousing/distribution field in its evolving role in the supply chain, to advance the art and science of warehousing management and to enhance individual development.
