Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), a leading IT and data management research and consulting firm, has announced a partnership with the Business Application Resource Center (BARC), one of Europe’s leading, independent business intelligence, data warehouse and content management analyst firms.

The first collaboration between the firms is a primary research project titled Business Intelligence and Data Management as a Service.
