In her new role, Anne Marie Lee will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of TRC’s international relocation and assignment management programs. She will also work directly with TRC clients to design cost-effective, best-practice global relocation policies.
As a TRC International Assignment Manager, Maria Castaneda will manage every aspect of the global assignee’s transition, coordinating all supplier services, determining housing and lifestyle assimilation needs and managing in-country partner service delivery.
Anne Marie Lee began her relocation management career in 1997 as a Senior Tax Accountant for SIRVA Relocation. While at SIRVA, she later served as Director, Client Services, where she was responsible for managing all expense operations staff production and quality service delivery. At Crown Worldwide in Singapore, Anne Marie was Senior Account Manager, and she also served as Division Manager for Santa Fe Relocation in Shanghai. She holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide ERCâ and she’s been a featured speaker and panelist at industry events.
Before joining TRC, Maria Castaneda was an International Assignment Consultant at Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima and has native fluency in Spanish. She has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERCâ.
