Top UK Business Coach, Author and Motivational Speaker Paul Avins delivered his all new Keynote Presentation, Tribal Power at the Inspired Minds Seminar in Birmingham on the 10th October 2010.

The event was run by Salon Success the UK's leading business training company dedicated to Salon Owners with an impressive 20 year track record of success.

Paul's Presentation ‘Tribal Power - How to Harness the Profits Hidden in amazing Customer Experiences’ focused on teaching over 250 top Salon Owners how Global Social trends like Facebook, You Tube and Reality TV have all combined to change how customers evaluate Value when deciding where to spend their hard earned money.

"It's very rare for us to invite a speaker back twice in one year” says Ken West Director of Education at 3.6.5. “But Paul delivered so much great value when he last spoke the members wanted him back for this event! I think the reason is he gets what we are about, has a huge passion for sales, marketing and business and delivers real take away ideas people can implement to make a difference right away."

One Salon owner from Manchester, who had seen Paul speak before said "In the last 6 month our sales are up 35% in today’s tough market by implementing what Paul taught us!"

Paul also got to share the stage with top US speaker Winn Claybaugh author of the Be Nice Revolution and the mix of different energy and emotionally motivating stories was just what the audience wanted.

"This is a tough group” continues Ken “as they are the top 10% of our industry and not easily impressed, but the feedback we have had has been amazing and we are very pleased with Paul and what he delivered."
