Oasis Associates, LLC, new owner of luxury condominium Oasis, announced a public auction of 125 brand new waterfront condominiums to be held Saturday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. in the Harborside Convention Center, 1375 Monroe St, Fort Myers, Florida. Units in the 32-story high-rise condominium building will be offered at auction at pricing discounted up to 60 percent of the original price. At least 40 of the units will be sold at “absolute auction,” wherein the condos will go to the highest bidders regardless of price, without minimum bid or reserve requirements.

Oasis is located in a gated resort-style community at 3000 Oasis Grand Boulevard, along the mile-wide Caloosahatchee River. Units that were under contract at over $450 per sq. ft. and cost over $320 per sq. ft. to build when construction was completed in 2008, are now discounted to an average of $160 per sq. ft.
