Our purpose is to help nonprofits fulfill their passion and mission through technology.
Charleston, SC (Vocus) October 19, 2010
Blackbaud, Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB), announced that its flagship fundraising solution, The Raiser’s Edge®, has been honored with its third User Satisfaction Award in the 2010 Donor and Member Management Solution Software Survey conducted by Campbell Rinker. During June and July, more than 2,800 users of nonprofit software and online solutions for donor and member management, mass communications, and fundraising were surveyed online. The survey gathers information on user satisfaction, pricing preferences, purchasing habits, and organizational scope.
“Our purpose is to help nonprofits fulfill their passion and mission through technology,” said Lou Attanasi, Blackbaud’s senior vice president of products. “We are very proud that our customers have recognized our efforts to provide the technology they need to meet their fundraising goals.”
Campbell Rinker is an independent research firm that specializes in producing marketing research for nonprofits, and the companies that serve nonprofits. This survey, conducted every two years, is the only user research that focuses on this unique product category.
"It’s very clear from these results that Blackbaud spends a good deal of time paying attention to their customers and acting on what they hear," said Dirk Rinker, President of Campbell Rinker. “The Campbell Award is given for exemplary referral likelihood. When companies listen to and use customer feedback, they are able to improve both their products and service quality. These are both vital factors in driving a high likelihood to recommend."
Used by more than 13,000 nonprofits around the world, The Raiser’s Edge enables organizations to communicate with their constituents, manage fundraising activities, expand their development efforts, and make better informed decisions through powerful segmentation, analysis and reporting capabilities. The latest enhancements to The Raiser’s Edge include the introduction of The Raiser’s Edge(i) ®, a new version that now has a full suite of Internet tools including email marketing, e-commerce, and hosting—all built-in.
