GreatVines announced today that it has appointed John Collins to lead the company as CEO effective immediately. This move will help GreatVines better align executive resources and internal expertise with the demand for its innovative cloud computing products, while setting a clear growth path for the delivery of software licenses and accompanying services to ensure customer success.
Collins will leverage almost 20 years managing strategic IT and IS resources relating to the management of complex technology initiatives. Collins joins GreatVines from Leslie Rudd Investments, parent company of Standard Beverage Corporation, Dean & Deluca, Rudd Wines and Distillery No.209, where he served as Chief Information Officer. Prior to that engagement Collins spent a decade with Beringer and Foster’s Wine Estates in both Executive IT and Marketing capacities.
