Ms. Masterson will speak at an interactive workshop on "Productive Sponsor-Site-CRO Relationships" on Sunday, October 24 at 1:00 p.m. Co-presenting alongside her will be Achaogen's Senior Director Clinical Operations Nancy Havrilla and Fresenius Medical Care's Director Clinical Studies Veronica Legg. The session will evaluate the essential requirements for effective relationships between biopharmaceutical sponsors, investigative sites and clinical research organizations: realistic expectations, clear communications, shared understandings, practical policies and efficient problem resolution. The session will also address the common obstacles to attaining effective three-way relationships between biopharmaceutical sponsors, investigative sites and clinical research organizations and how to avoid such obstacles or mitigate them.

The MAGI conference will offer a total of 92 sessions and workshops across six clinical research tracks: site operations, biopharmaceutical sponsor operations, regulatory and ethics, contracts, budgets and billing and special topics.

Ms. Masterson will also moderate the session, "Just CROs: Challenges and Solutions" on Monday, October 25 at 4:45 p.m.
