New York City based Microsoft partner; Queue Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of James F. Murdocco to the position of President and C.O.O. of Queue Associates adding president to his current C.O.O. title.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Murdocco joined Queue Associates in 2005 serving as C.O.O. He will continue his responsibilities for overseeing day-to-day operations, focus on operational excellence, improve customer experience and streamline operations. Prior to Queue Associates, Jim held the positions of President and C.O.O. of Kelson Foods, C.O.O. of Hartog Foods, Inc. and V/P Finance & Administration of San Pellegrino USA.

Jim is a Navy Veteran having served with the Sea Bee's in Vietnam. He currently lives in Stony Brook, New York with his lovely wife Jo-Ann.
