Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, has announced that it will be the title sponsor of the 22nd Annual Youth Villages Soup Sunday on February 27, 2011 at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn. The popular annual fundraiser, which benefits the children and families helped by Youth Villages, attracts more than 2,000 soup lovers and Youth Villages supporters each year and is one of the organization's largest fundraising events.
Youth Villages is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to helping emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and their families live successfully. Headquartered in Memphis, Youth Villages this year will help more than 17,000 children and families in ten states and Washington, D.C., through a wide array of programs, including intensive in-home services, residential treatment, foster care and adoption, transitional living services, mentoring and crisis services. Youth Villages' focus on strengthening families consistently produces an 80 percent success rate of children living successfully at home with family two years after completing a Youth Villages program.

Soup Sunday features a wide variety of soups, specialty items, breads and desserts provided by unique and popular Memphis-area restaurants for unlimited sampling. Youth Villages is looking for restaurants and bakeries to participate in the 2011 Soup Sunday. Restaurants and vendors may provide one or more items in the following categories: soup, gumbo, specialty item, bread or dessert.
